Fill out the Return Form and enclose it
Pack the item securely, please do not use the product packaging as a shipping box!
Remove the old DHL sticker, attach the new return sticker to the package

I can't find my return label.
If your package doesn't contain a return label, you can create a free DHL return label for returns within Germany using the following link: dhl logo DHL returns portal (for Germany)

There is no return label for my country. What should I do?
Please contact us for a return label from abroad. Continue to the contact form.

When exactly does the cancellation period begin and end?
The cancellation period begins with the delivery of the goods. From the following day you can cancel your purchase within the next 30 days. For comprehensive information on your right of cancellation, click here: Revocation Guidelines.

Can I send my return back free of charge?
Within the cancellation period of 30 days you can use our free DHL return label.

Can I exchange items?
It is not possible to exchange a returned item directly for another one. If you would like a replacement item, please order a new one in the shop and pay for it. Refunds for returned items will be made after receipt of the return.

Will I get a refund for the shipping costs if I return my order?
You will receive a full refund of your order, including the shipping costs, if you return the entire order.

How long does it take to process my return?
Processing your return usually takes about 1 to 4 working days after arrival. The refund will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
