Voluntary extended right of return
If you decide that you do not need an item from your order but are already outside the withdrawal period, this item can be returned up to 60 days after purchase, at your own expense.
The following conditions apply to the extended right of return:

- Only unused / unassembled items
- The original packaging is present and undamaged
- The return postage is to be borne by you

What is the difference between withdrawal and right of return?
The right of withdrawal is a declaration of withdrawal after conclusion of the contract by the consumer. The period for exercising the right of cancellation begins on the day after delivery and ends after 14 days. The right of withdrawal is a law and has a uniform EU-wide regulation. Our 60-day return policy is a voluntary service. The general conditions for exercise are provided by bike-packing.de. If goods are returned to us outside of the right of cancellation, the conditions of the right of return declared by bike-packing.de apply. You have to bear the return costs.
When exactly does the cancellation period begin or end?
The cancellation period begins with the delivery of the goods. From the following day you can cancel your purchase within the next 14 days.
Can I send my return back to you free of charge?
You can create a return label on our website within the cancellation period of 14 days. This means that the return is free of charge for you. Please note that we only provide free returns within the 14-day right of withdrawal. After the deadline has expired, you will have to bear the return costs.
There is no return label for my country. What should I do?
A free return label is only available within Germany via our DHL returns portal. Please contact us for a return label from abroad.
Can I exchange items for others?
It is not possible to directly exchange a returned item for another. If you would like an exchange item, please order it again in the shop and pay for it. Refunds for returned items will be made as soon as possible.
How long does it take to process my return?
The processing of your return usually takes about 2 - 5 working days after arrival. The refund will be made in the same way as the original payment.
